    Securing Your New Property

    Once you’ve found the property that’s right for you, we’ll work with you to finalise the process of purchasing your new property.

    • Buying Off-The-Plan: We’ll step you through the process of reserving your property, choosing your finishes and interior schemes, 
 understanding your costs such as stamp duty, settling on your purchase price, understanding strata, and preparing you for the 
 construction timeline.
    • Buying An Established Property: We’ll step you through the process of price negotiation, understanding your costs such as stamp duty, 
carrying out the offer & acceptance process when settling on your purchase price, and preparing you for the settlement process & time frame.

    Settlement

    Crack open the champagne, move in date is closing in! Before you get your keys, our dedicated customer liaison team will contact you to book in your pre- settlement appointments. Here you’ll get the opportunity to inspect your property, to ensure the condition of your property is to standard.

    • Off-The-Plan: Settlement of your property occurs at the completion of construction. Once construction starts, the timeline for 
 completion is typically around 18-20 months (this can vary depending on delays).
    • Established Properties: Settlement of your property is subjective to the conditions of your contract, agreed between you and the vendor. 
 This may include time allowance for finance approval or selling your existing home for example.
  6. Getting Your Keys

    Congratulations, move in day is finally here! While our customer liaison team are here to run you through any final details of your property purchase, mostly we’re here to make this experience one to remember with a special welcome home gift and big cheer as we give you the keys to your new property!
